Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation. Lead-times vary by item type. We do have limited inventory as most pieces are made to order but generally all core pieces such as pendants and chains and earrings are in stock. If the piece is in stock we can ship immediately, but if we do not have inventory, each piece is individually made and requires a 2-6 week shipping window.

– Diamond Cut pieces require a 6 week lead time.
– Custom pieces require a 6-12 week shipping window once the design has been approved.

Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if it’s in our ability.

Domestic orders are shipped with DHL within 2-3 business days for free with a minimum purchase of €1,000. 

All shipments are subject to payment in full by the customer and are non-refundable. DHL will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

International orders are shipped by DHL within 3-7 business days for free with a minimum purchase of €1,000.

For international orders under €1,000, a non-refundable shipping fee is charged based on the shipping address. 

All shipments and duties for DHL (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by the customer. 

The Gold Boutique is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the country that we are shipping to. The customer is responsible to pay taxes and duties upon delivery.

The Gold Boutique cannot accept responsibility for delays, damages, or loss caused by third-party shipping partners or customs officials in your chosen shipping destination.
