Return Policy
You may request the return of jewelry purchased online within 14 working days of the delivery of your order, pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206, as amended by Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, no. 21 (“Consumer Code”).
Return requests must be sent to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. Items must be without wear and in original packaging as shipped. All engraved or custom pieces are final sale.
All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Engraved and Custom designs are final sale.
Refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment.
Domestic Returns

International Returns

Repair Warranty
The Gold Boutique offers lifetime repairs* at no additional cost to the customer. However, we reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage before making that call.
*All shipping and import fees are at the customer’s expense.
Liability
The Gold Boutique cannot accept responsibility for delays, damages, or loss caused by third-party shipping partners or customs officials in your chosen shipping destination.
