We use DHL Express Shipping services for all domestic and international shipments. The shipping fee is charged based on your shipping address during check out. This fee is non-refundable.

Lead-times vary by item type. If the piece is in stock we can ship immediately, but if we do not have inventory, each piece is individually made and requires a 2-6 week shipping window.

• Diamond Cut pieces require a 6 week lead time.
• Custom pieces require a 6-12 week shipping window once the design has been approved.

Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery.

We offer 14-day returns for all customers. Please note shipping and import costs for returns are at the customers expense and shall not be refunded. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
